A large three-storey house with room for 12–15 people, set in Óbidos, a medieval town an hour north of Lisbon and close to the Atlantic. There's a sunny garden, a pool, a private gym, and a coworking space, with a lake nearby to walk around, a shared kitchen, and quiet corners for practice.
The container carries the same spirit as September: daily practice as the spine, participant-led sessions through the day, and collaborations that become real things. The main difference is that themed weeks run through the month, one devoted to creative expression and another to breathwork, giving the group a shared current to go deeper together.
Movement, meditation, and somatic work to begin the day grounded. Intentional practice is the spine that makes everything else possible.
