What the culture is made of

Nine intentions we hold in common.

01

Everyone leads something

The residency is co-created. You're invited to lead activities, share your gifts, and bring your passion to the tribe — not to consume a program someone else designed, but to help shape it.

02

Bridges across difference

We gather people who are genuinely different and ask them to build bridges. That takes curiosity about the other, real openness, and the willingness to understand a perspective before trying to change it.

03

Permission to go for it

Many of us have never felt safe enough to truly put ourselves out there. Here you'll find the safety and confidence to pursue the thing you've been dreaming of — your vision, your passion, your soul's purpose.

04

Designed for emergence

We hold the container, the ethos, and the shape — then leave the outcome open. We create the circumstances for group coherence to emerge rather than foreclosing on what it should become.

05

Holistic self-mastery

An ecology of daily, intentional practice across every dimension: physical, emotional, relational, cognitive, artistic, spiritual, and entrepreneurial. We show up for ourselves and each other, every day.

06

Primal simplicity

We reground in the simplicity of being an unencumbered human — trusting direct experience over received authority, moving daily, feeling good in the body, staying playful, and keeping a strong sense of humour.

07

Collective intelligence

We attend to the quality of the space between us — to group coherence and the resacralising of the commons — until that shared field of awareness informs everything that happens here.

08

Remythologising life

We make conscious space for soul, for the re-enchantment of the world, for personal mythology and the play of symbol, image, and medium. We treat this as a mythopoetic process.

09

A culture of craft

Collaborations become things: podcasts, songs, films, tech demos, performances — made together and offered to the group. This is about celebration, co-creation, and doing excellent work.

Arrive with intention

Come with a spine of your own.

Before you arrive, we ask you to get clear on why. A residency is an emergent social space — but each person holds their own mission inside it. That's what keeps the experience focused instead of chaotic, and deepens its transformative effect. You'll answer these in your application:

  • 01How would you like to show up while you're here?
  • 02What would you most like to give to the group?
  • 03What are you hoping to receive?
  • 04What are you working toward that we can help you reach?
The rhythm of a day

Structure that holds. Space that opens.

Each morning

Daily practice

Movement, meditation, and somatic work to begin the day grounded. Intentional practice is the spine that makes everything else possible.

Through the day

Participant-led sessions

Workshops, teachings, and experiments offered by the people in the room. Whatever your craft, you're invited to lead it.

In the work

Project collaborations

Small teams form around shared curiosity and build something real together — then present it back to the whole group.

In the evening

Circles & celebration

Shared meals, performance, and reflection. Time to tend the field between us and to celebrate what the day made together.

Apply

Put yourself forward.

Cohorts are small and chosen with care — for the mix of people as much as for any one application. Tell us who you are and what you're working toward. There's no wrong answer, only an honest one.

A residency asks you to arrive with intention. Take these slowly — they're how we get to know you, and how you get a spine of your own inside the container.

No mailing list. No automated funnel. A real person reads this.
